    Shark Pattern

Saturday, March 14, 2009, 08:21 AM PST [PBA Experience]

Well, Alan finally showed up to bowl the PBA Experience league.   The new season started back in January... but I haven't showed up... well I was there ... but my scores were awful.... averaging less than 190.  But we bowled on the shark this past week. I got in a little groove early. Using my Storm Virtual Gravity with a fresh cover (1000 abralon & a little reacta-clean and the bowl was good to go). Start with 235; clean game, 2nd game - 213 with a open, the 183 - lanes started to break down just a bit and I didn't make all the right moves... but I am happy with the set.  It will raise my average to a level closer to what I expect to be averaging.  3 weeks left in our league... then a break.. before starting PBA X Baker Doubles League.... should be a lot of fun.

Wow that is great.I have had many people looking at the second dimension too. If I may ask, is there any way I can promote anything for you like leagues or pro shop special on my site for your state in return for spreading the word about my bowling forums?

Or any advertising opportunities you have?

I have a family friendly bowling site with free bowling score and analysis software, honor roll club, free gear giveaways and more.

So maybe let me know how I can help you.

Hi Alan. Thanks for commenting. Your scores sounds like my first 3 weeks after the New Year. So far, we have bowled on the Shark and the Viper in the 2nd half of our league, and they are on the new length patterns. However, I don't think we were on the new patterns until half way through the 1st half of the season. I had also been struggling on my house pattern leagues also. I concentrated on keeping my knees bent, slowing down my approach and staying down in my release. I guess I will find out next week if I figured something out, or if it was just a fluke.
