Local bowlers selected for national web vote.

Spare Time Lanes in Kennewick offers a PBA Experience Showdown League on Tuesday evenings as part of a promotion through United States Bowl Congress (USBC). League members that bowled the highest scratch series for their first 3 games became the “Joe of the Week”. After more than six months of qualifying and more than 1,200 entries, a random computer drawing has pared the PBA Experience Showdown field to 18 competitors.
2 PBA Experience league bowlers from the Tri-Cities area have been selected by to compete in a National Web poll.
Holly Harris of Pasco, Washington has been selected as 1 of the 18 competitors that come from across the nation. Holly qualified on the Shark pattern rolling a 580 series to earn the “Joe of the Week”.
Kyle Casey of Kennewick, Washington has been selected as 1 of the 18 competitors that come from across the nation. Kyle qualified on the Scorpion pattern rolling a 690 series to earn the “Joe of the Week”.
PBA Experience Showdown field down to final 18; online voting begins Feb. 15 on BOWL.com
Starting Feb. 15, you can visit BOWL.com and vote for your favorite bowler from each of the six patterns: Chameleon, Cheetah, Scorpion, Shark, Viper and Other. You may vote one time (for each oil pattern) per day from Feb. 15 until 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1. The top vote-getter from each pattern will advance to the finals, which will be held at the International Training and Research Center in Arlington, Texas, this April.
Remember, at stake is a trip to the International Bowling Campus and a chance to compete against Lumber Liquidators PBA Tour champions Norm Duke, Rhino Page, Bill O'Neill, Mike DeVaney and Jack Jurek, so start voting right away, and encourage your friends to do the same!
